I have been living here for a year now, and I have never had Roaches or rats EVER!! the previous persons rating stated that if you complain about these types of things, that they are not taken care of.....First of all, roaches and rats are attracted to filth! If you keep your apartment clean then you wont have a problem! And once my AC was not working and the new manager had maintinance attend to it immediately. I am not too sure who has those kinds of problems, but they must have been a nasty housekeeper. Second of all, the new manager is a sweet girl, who knows how to take care of business, in a very professional manner. The maintenance here is wonderful, not to mention the courtesy officer here is HOT HOT HOT!!!! I love living here!!

I can assure you that the manager had no part in the writing of this. I have been a resident here at River Oaks for a year, I have scene two managers and several second rate employees come and go here, even before the current manager was here. Like I said before, this is a wonderful apartment complex, and the NEW staff here is really getting a lot of great things done here, and I would and have recomended this complex to anyone who wants to live in a womderful community, with a great school district for children!
