We had a leak in our a/c unit and the carpet was very wet in the walk-in closet and hallway closet.I called and -------- answered said she would call maintenance . 45 min later, I called back because no one called me or showed up. I told her the carpet was soaked and she should call the carpet co to come out (because I've been through this before here) and she told me Very rudely ," YOU DON'T NEED TO TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO"! Ok , here's the funny part , the maintenance guy called me a few minutes later and said "I told her to call the carpet co" . It shouldn't be hard to replace this one !!
