They charge you an application fee for a credit and background check but then they go and rent to a registered and on parole SEXUAL OFFENDER. The lie and say that this individual has been residing at the property for over 10 years but that information is not correct according to the individuals crime location, sentencing and release information. The individual resided in a different state.

I looked it up on www.familywatchdog.us and it doesn't show any sex offenders living here.

Is not who lives here, but what kind of parents we are. No matter where you live, you have to watch your children. The mall, Disney, restaurants are places where sex offenders are, a good parent keep an eye on their children all the time.
