I moved here on a whim to start divorce proceedings and get my own place. Had I done my research, I would not have moved here. The day I moved in I heard that the lady upstairs had her car broken into. That should have been a red flag but I dismissed it as a random event. Months later, I had my drivers side window smashed in. My basement neighbors played music very loudly and were very inconsiderate. When I would tell people where I lived, they'd jones on me, and say oh my god, you live there. It is notorious for car break ins, and my associate who is a cop, said that this complex has the highest criminal activity in the county. The complex is way too huge, I don't even know how management can function.Recently, I had no water period, for 3 days. I am so glad to be moving to a much quieter, safer, community. The apartment itself was fine and maintenance was timely, but it's not worth the safety risk.

DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL!!!!!I'VE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST TWO YRS. THE YR I LOVED MY APARTMENT IT WAS SPACIOUS NO COMPLAINTS MAINTENECE CAME SAME DAY EVEN FOR SMALL ISSUES. THE ONLY ISSUE THAT I HAD THEN WAS THE MICE...BUT NOW I AM SO UPSET THAT I AM STUCK HER UNTIL DECEMBER IN JUNE I HAD A NEIGHBOR WHO LIVED ABOVE WHO HAD NO TILE IN HER BATHROOM SO IT WAS FLUDDING MY MASTER BEDROOM CLOSET I HAD MOLD IN MY CLOSET, AND BATHROOM CEILING ON TOP OF THAT MY CEILING COLLAPSED IN THE KITCHEN MAJOR WATER DAMAGE I CALLED THE RENTAL OFFICE FOR 6 WEEKS AFTER BEING UNRESPONSIVE I CALLED THE CITY TO GET MY APARTMENT FIX AND THE MICE ARE OFF THE HOOK I HAVE CAUGHT 3 WITH IN THIS WK PLEASE DONT MOVE YOU WILL BE PAYING A PRETTY PRICE FOR A MOUSE MOTEL
