Yes the rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. I have only lived here for 4 months and I hate it. The only grounds they up keep are the ones right in the front by the leasing office. if you drive around the back all you will notice is trash and leaves that have been there since the last 3 winters. I have had an apartment leak with tons of mold and all they did was paint over it (WOOHOO what a way to fix the problem) that is after having to call them a billion times to come and fix it. lets just say i will NOT be renewing my lease.
