Looks NOTHING like the brochure

I wanted to take a swim but leaves are ALWAYS in the pool!!! The mallard ducks spend more time in the pool than the tenants do. And can we talk about the TRASH! I dont think the steps have been swept of those annoying leaves in years! But the inside of the apartment is very clean. Everything works great. And the noise level isnt bad at all. I feel safe and secure in the area. Still would not recommend the place to a friend.
