I agree with everyone else. This is true they tell you all the good stuff before you move in then they never show up to fixs anything, always an excuse "Oh I only have one maintence guy this week or let me check on that and next week I will have 2 people then nothing ever happens. My apartment building is infested with monquitoes and nets and and they do bite. They fly all around the doors, bedrooms and bathrooms and infest in the tub. They never fixed anything. Then if you don't have the rent by the 3rd you recieve a 3 day eviction notice and owe a lump sum of money to them. This is not a complex for children strictly adult. The many complaints to the office and the neighbor banging on the floor, ceiling and patio. They want you to live like mice. Just about everyone out here speeds through the parking lot and around the curves like drag racing. They asked me for a $200 deposit to start out with and then raised it three times before I moved in. They ripped me off from the begining, but I was exhausted and they took advantage of that because I had already loaded up the u-haul and I was suppoed to have gotten the key and then soon as I got there they asked for more money. My opinion DON"T MOVE HERE !!! I am still in a least and bit up by monquitoes !!!!

if this person didnt have something to say about the mosqutoes, then they really wouldnt have much to say about the place....

Mosquitoes in the house is a big deal though... have to check into that.
