The management since we moved in here at the beginning of the year have been professional, responsive, & helpful.

Currently, our complex is being cosmetically updated, which is very nice!

Also, there are lots of trees amongst the property so that you don't feel like you're living in a concrete jungle. Very comforting to come home to or just to sit on the balcony & enjoy.

There is always ample parking, but the best part is that the apartments aren't on top of the parking lot--not always convenient in bad weather, but we're not disturbed or kept awake by the coming & going of others.

Our rent includes optional $30 apartment size washer/dryer in our unit, & for large loads, there is a controlled-access laundry room.

Our unit has nice berber carpet, lots of kitchen cabinet storage & a good size utility closet on the balcony. The bedroom & bathroom closets are also good-sized with good-quality, multi-level shelves.

The other thing I found unique here from the 4 or 5 other complexes we looked at is the relative privacy of working out in a separate building. No one staring at you while they wait for their laundry. :) And there are 2 raquetball courts, to boot.

My only real complaint would be the plumbing. The water pressure is all right but not nearly invigorating. Also, I need to use a drain cleaner every 2 weeks or so for the tub to properly drain. No problems with the kitchen water, though.
