I moved in on a special one-month free that I had spread out over my lease, making my rent $458 a month. For that price, I got a fireplace and a pool view, plus a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. I lived here for one year, and the only reason I left was to move in with a boyfriend.
I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to live in Alt. Springs. The complex is pleasant, parking ample, maintenance was done on time and correctly, and the apartments are spacious, clean, and quiet. As other reviewers pointed out, yes, there is a lot of fallen leaves on the property, but that didn't bother me. It added character. :)
