I have just renewed my lease and find it an absolutely great place to live. I researched for 2 months all the apartments in the area before I chose to live here. I pay a little more than some complexes but it is worth it in the grounds maintainence, security, quiet, good neighbors, and location location location. It is very pet and kid friendly, work orders are done ASAP, as are any issues I have, and the staff is awesome! I have never seen any broken down cars in the parking area and any pest control issues were delt with immediately.

The staff is out every morning and evening doing trash pick up. You would be hard pressed to find even a wayward cigarette butt. Everything is mowed and trimmed on Mondays keeping the ground in excellent condition. There are lots of trees and landscaping.

Courtney and Roger are very accomodating, courteous and professional as well as the maintainence guys. They always have time to say Hi and take care of any minor things you have. This place is great and I have no intentions of leaving any time soon. I can leave to go out and no worries while I'm gone. Per the Altamone Springs Police Department this complex has the LOWEST rate of calls in Seminole County, lower even than some house communties. You can't put a price on security.

I hear minimal noise, the usual people talking while going to and from their cars, occasionally people going up and down the stairs (they back up to my bedroom)and even though we are right off I-4 and 436 very minimal traffic noise. I rarely hear any dogs and the pool area is always clean. They just installed a new trash compactor and playground with picnic tables and grills.

I always recommend Springs Colony to anyone looking for a good apartment.
