When I moved into Springs Colony last year there was a great apartment mang. She took care of everything and she knew everyone by name. I choose this apt. complex bc my mother lived there and I knew that it was nice. Unfortunatley shortly after I moved in she transfered to another complex. Since then the place has gone bad. We had an arson, robberies, a DEA raid, and other small things like people hangin out in the parking lots at 3 in the morning. I work nights and I used to feel safe getting out of my car in the middle of the night, now i practiclly have to run into my apt. I just dont feel safe anymore. Also, there are lots of trees and plants, it seems nice but they DO NOT keep up with it. Tree branches fall all the time, one fell on my moms car and as I was walking on the sidewalk one almost fell on me. They do have a lawn care service that comes out once a week and really all they do is make noice by blowing leaves around. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything (and I mean EVERYTHING). Needless to say I am not renewing my lease and niether are some of the other people in the complex.
