My roomate and I have shared a two bedroom apartment for the past two years. There are so many wonderful things about this community. The location is excellent! Mall, movies, scenic park, trails, major interstate, and shopping are all within 10 minutes. The landscape cannot be beat. The entire property is covered with huge old trees...very lovely. They keep the Florida sun from beating down upon the bulidings and into the apartments as well as shelter noise pollution from the highway. The grounds are always well maintained. The buildings are secure.

Thoughts for improvements: Having more parking would help, particularly around the highly occupied buildings. There have been frequent stretches of time when the jacuzzi has not been working but when it is working it is lovely. One of the mailbox units has been unusable since August and residents have ahd to go to the office to get their mail. This can be a little inconveient at times but the managment has explained why it has taken so long. Any concerns or maintenance needs have always been addressed effectively..

The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and open to communicate about anyone's concerns and answer any and all questions. Poor things have been peppered with questions from me at times. If you have any problems just call or go to the office and TALK to them. They are always friendly!

To wrap up, my roomate and I are parting ways but rather than move to another community, I am transferring to one bedroom apartment.
