I've lived here for a year now and am about to renew my lease. The staff is friendly and I don't have any bug problems. I did have a break in back in October of 2008 but that could happen to anyone. They were prompt to fix the glass on the door and seemed very concerned. Every maintenance request I've had was completed in under 48 hours, with a smile! I can't imagine finding a better community to live in Altamonte Springs for this value!
