Sadly I have to admit the negative comments are true. The only agent I deal with is Traci, she has been very nice and extremely helpful when I've gone to her about complaints, unfortunately she can only do so much. Can't say about the others, my mother raised me that if you can't say something nice about someone then don't say anything at all. I've been here since 2003 and have had my share of problems, as some issues have been disclosed in previous comments. Yes it's a good location, apartment space is ok for what Im paying but it's time to move on, I will be leaving when my lease expires.

I agree, Traci is the only helpful one. There are two other woman that are rude and seem like they are very unhappy at there job. Maybe they should stay home if they intend on spreading their bad moods throughout the community. The renovations are nice but if you still live in one of the old ones it just makes you jealous. My apartment is way to small and need to be updated soooooooo bad. I also got damage inside my apartment during demo/construction. They sawed into my living room, banged nails through my custom paint job, and I have a light switch hanging out my wall. The paint job was done messy and the it is smeared all over my front door. I am hoping to upgrade into a renovated apartment but I am sure its not affordable. The price of these apartments should be less if you are still living in one of the dumpy ones.
