I am writing this review anonymously and with no bias. I have lived at these apartments for a little over a month, and while my judgment may be premature, it is accurate of my experience so far. I relocated to the Orlando area because of my job and used apartmentratings.com to search for apartments. I initially ignored Timberlake because of its poor rating but came to check it out because another apartment complex told me it was my price range. I was reluctant to move here but I was basically talked into signing the lease by family. MAYBE THIS WASN'T SUCH A GOOD IDEA!! Everything, I mean everything, you'll read in other reviews are accurate, including cheaply remodeled units (my AC didn't work the first day I moved in and some of my cabinet doors broke off), poor response timing by maintenance (the cabinet door hasn't been fixed after a request filed 7 days ago and my AC still malfunctions), terrible management, and thin walls so thin you can hear neighbor's music playing. To top it all off, maintenance has done nothing to handle the grow roach problem in my apartment. To the potential renter, I give this advice; Ignore all the specials and low rent prices and please, I beg you, stay away from this place! A month in and I already regret making this decision and not listening to my gut feeling.
