The walls of the studios and efficiencies are very thin. You hear your neighbors listening to music, when they walk through the apartment above you or even having s.. at 2 AM in the morning everyday. It's a pain in the a.. here. It started off very nice but then just problems accured. Management was contacted but nothing ever happened. The same people are still loud and noisy. I mean some people still have to work here and would enjoy a nice sleep, but I guess that does not matter to other people who get their rent payed and stay home all day. The area is nice, the complex itself is nice, green and clean, but if there's a problem nothing happens. You have DOOR Front Garbage Disposal which means the garbage is picked up from the staff right in front of your door. Well there have been several days my bag has been standing out there for 3 days. I guess it depends on if you are in a 1,2,3 Bedroom Apartment or Studio, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A EFFICIENCY g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I beg to differ. I only lived at Villa del Mar for four months but I loved it there and if I ever go back to Orlando I would live in this complex. Hey, the efficiency is small but the price cannot be beat and the location is great. I did not have any problems living there. Whenever I needed something fixed, it was done the same day. A real estate agent once told me (who is a pretty nice and honest guy) that if a place meets 80% of your needs, take it. This place met 90% of my needs. It is safe, beautiful location and the apartments are well-maintained. I recommend this place to anyone.
