I have lived here for two years and the studio was the first apartment I've ever rented and it was small but good enough for me. I never heard my neighbors and they never heard me for that matter. After a year in the studio I went ahead and got a one bedroom and I love it! It's huge and again, I've never heard my neighbors. The only problem I have is there are gangs of cats that run around. The maitenence responds quickly and the office personnel are very nice and helpful. The only reason I'm moving is because the rent is going up and I can't afford it. I hate to leave this complex because I felt very safe and have NEVER had a problem.
