well i have lived here for 12 months and the maintenance is horrible and the property manager sucks and you cant have friends over without getting a visit from the courtesy officer telling you that you have too many friends .i would not recomend anyone and the rent is too high for what you get

yes the rent is too high for what you get. I lived there 7months in a 2 bed room, was gooing to renew the lease but the jacked the price up to almost 850
