Parking is a huge problem. Kids running around at all times, throwing things at cars. The only time staff will pay attention is when I escalated issues to coorporate. I had a contract, coorporate allow me to cancel my contract at any time, and then the complex administrators said the agreement was temporary. Up to an including the date on which I vacated the premises (February 28, 2009), requested a confirmation, proof keys were returned on the above date and it was denied. I always paid my rent on time, so I am unsure as to why a rent fee was assessed.
When I left then I was charge for days I was not living there, utilities I didn't use (I left 2/28/2009), month to month charges, I was charged until 3/09/2009. They kept a total of 116.00 of my security deposit, and when tried to appeal, they denied my certified letter, did not wanted to sign it, so according to their records they never received my appeal.

Im sure kids are constantly "throwing things at cars" Youre just high maintenance, get over yourself.

well i have no dog in this race im just checking reviews before i decide to rent here or not as i always do. but i can tell you if anyone kid or not threw something at my car i would get out and beat their ass no questions asked.
