I agree with the comment about the staff. I have had to call them over and over again regarding ants, breezeway lights, etc. Same thing about the trash service. It would be nice that if your neighbors did decide to put their trash out at night, if they would clean up after the animals get into their trash. My neighbor has left trash on the ground now for two weeks. It helps if you have clean neighbors as well.

I cannot wait until my lease is up with Vineridge. My problems started when I switched to a bigger apartment. They took the liberty of cleaning out and throwing away my stuff before I was finished moving. They argued with me saying I turned in the key, and then I showed them the key on my keychain. They were taking thier time in paying me back until I called the main office and was refunded the next day. At my 2 bedroom apartment, we had a peeping tom, so I notified the office. They reassured us that the guy was harmless?? how they know that I don't know...Also, they switched management, and the new management came with all kinds of ideas on how to make the place better. So when I signed a new lease (which now I regret) our rent was raised $50 per month. Our carpet is still crappy, sinks and tubs still do not drain, and we still have bugs, but we have to pay $50 more. They took down the basketball hoop, and there are a few machines in the fitness center that actually work. Anyway, the moral of the story is, look for another apartment!
