When I initially lloked around at apartments in Altamonte, I felt this property was head and shoulders above the rest in appearance. It is very well landscaped, has a nice pool, tennis court, and lake. On the negative side, the whirlpool was never working and I would not dare go into it.
I can never remember a problem with roaches, although I did have big problem with ants.
What upset me was I had professional cleaners come in and clean my place, although I always kept it spotless. When I moved out, I fully expected to get at least 90% of my deposit back. Well, they created all sorts of "problems" and I only got 10% back. I was definately scammed and felt victimized.
