Good to Bad

I actually lived there for 2 years, and at first it was a nice community, with knowledgable Sales Agents. It went bad quickly when they ran "Specials" and let anybody move into a 2 bedroom apartment with five other people. Crime became a BIG problem, the newer Sales Agents had no concern for the current residents, and seemed to be missing quite a few brian cells. Maintenence was half-a#$, and the whirlpool was always broken and disgusting. Not to mention the number of small children and teenagers hanging out in the breezeways all hours of the night. To top it off, when I requested one of those "Special" rates (I had a spotless rent history) when it was time to renew my lease for the second time, I was told that those were only for "new" residents, and I would be stuck with the regular rate which was more than 20% above rates they were willing to give to people with NO rent history. Obviously, I moved elsewhere!
