I'm a new resident of the Park at Vineridge since August. I was also warned of the crime, management and maintenance issues. In the past couple of months since the change in managament(again) there has been a definite positive change. At first we were all skeptical of them because they seemed unorganized and confused, but they seem to have got their act together. The remaining staff combined with the new staff have done more in a short while than myself or my neighbors could have imagined. Each of us have had all of our maintenance concerns handled in a quick manner. When I call the office, the staff is friendly and helpful. I believe that the cranky people that live here use this site to bash the community that they live in. If they think this is bad, they should shop around to properties like Camden who don't even clean up their grounds. Or perhaps RiverOaks where everyone is bailing because it is truly nasty there. I talked with one of the sherrifs who live here and he said that the Altamonte police have helped evict 3 known drug dealers and they are helping to clean up The Park at Vineridge. I give the staff and ownership the highest regards for what they have done in the past couple of months.
