Dear Readers: Just a follow-up to getting my deposit back...surprisingly I got most back I guess do to remodeling the units and all.
However I can only wonder if the previous review dated the same day as this note was written my an office employee or such. If they lived in such places previously anything would be better now wouldn't it'
I had lived on the Vineridge property for years and the facts are the place went to the crapper! It will take time to crawl out-to turn things around. Good Luck Vineridge.


Dear Previous Review Writer: Have ALL the pleased neighbors you mentioned, their families, the family's friends and add on co-workers, church family and all associates, have them ALL write stellar reviews for Vineridge and maybe, just maybe the ratings here will be neutral. The fact will still remain that the place was(and possibly still is) full of UNDESIRABLES! Like I said... IN THE CRAPPER.
