To my Disgruntled friend:
I do not work at the apartments, but it seems that I moved here at a better time than yourself. It seems that you were here during a bad time. I'm not here to raise any percentages, just to stand up for the place I live at. Obviously you were upset about your security deposit, and I would be also. I take a certain pride in everything I am associated with and I'm guessing those around me do also since all but one has recently renewed their leases. I'll chalk it up as you were here at a bad time and had a worse experience than those of us that came recently.
