Poor Management High Rent

The Park at Vineridge Apparments are located in a beautiful area in Altamonte Springs. However, the apparments are overprized and overrated. They are very old apparments, with ants problems, not very clean.
The new management is not really helpful at all. And they never returned my $100 deposit, when I left my small apparment in great conditions.
