Not happy with the head manager

The head manager is very rude and not people oriented. She needs to work at Disney and learn how to treat people.
We are definitely moving when our lease is up.
We have had a leak in our ceiling twice and have had to sleep in the other bedroom, with no compensation whatsoever! Breezway to the front door of the apartments is always littered with trash. I clean it myself as I am embarassed to have friends over with it looking so trashy.
