Upon moving in to the complex everything seemed very nice. The apartment is large. However over the two years that i have lived here my car has been broken into. My guests car was broken into and my roomates car was vandalized. The childeren are constantly running and stomping and screaming through the hall ways and breaking windows and playing with the fire extinguisher in the laundry room. The car wash area steals your money and half the time does not work. Our dish washer broke, it took them 4 months to "fix " it. Every week i would call and i would have to re explain the whole situation to them. They would have to re open another fix it ticket because no one knew what i was talking about. Saying that i never called to report it! They promised us a whole new dishwasher but then came up with a story that the truck delivering it got delayed from the hurricanes. I never did get a new one. Even months after the hurricanes had passed. They eventually fixed the dishwasher, Even then they did not connect the hot water properly and i had no hot water to wash my dishes. They installed a new fauset head for the kitchen sink and they mixed up the water tempuratures on that also. They changed my blinds on the door and it will not move up and down at all. The manager and staff are very disorganized and horrible after they have you in a lease. One month I got a notice saying that i owed them a months worth of rent. I have paid my rent every month on time for the past two years. After they finally figured out that they were at fault there was no apology not even a phone call explaing exacty what happened. I went into the office and they just said "oh dont worry we fixed it." As of now I am moving out to another community, I turned my 60 day notice in well over 3 months ago. They informed me that they never got it. and that even though I need to be out by the end of the month I would have to pay rent at the apartment for 2 more months. Basicly they are incompitant, rude, and disorganized! The manager of the community is britsh and she has the worst attitude you can imagine. I never had any complaints against me. I kept to myself and always paid my rent on time. They do not know how to treat good paying residents at all.
