Been living here for four months. So far, there have been four incidents where the smaller pool has been closed because someone defecated in it. The main pool, however, is kept up pretty well. Unless you have kids, I wouldn't recommend living near the playground as it is loud and the kids are often not supervised.

I haven't experienced any safety concerns yet although the apartment above me was broken into and my apartment shows signs of having been broken into at some time (dents on the door, broken door frame).

Maintenance was ok...we asked them to repair the fridge (noisy fan and broken door handles) and they refused saying not unless it was absolutely necessary. However they were prompt about caulking the tub and fixing the sliding door.

The office staff seems friendly and helpful. They took away our valet trash service so now we have to hoof it to the only dumpster on the grounds which is often overstuffed and super smelly on the weekends. We reported this to the county to get it fixed and no action has been taken to date.

It's a nice apartment, not super loud with the upstairs neighbor. I feel I'm paying too much for what I get but, hey, it's the same all over this area. Every day I find at least two dead cockroaches in my bedroom (I live on the 1st floor). But they're good about spraying when you call the office to get it done. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
