i don't even know where to start...
When we first moved in about a year ago, we were told that trash was being picked up at your door every day. 1200 $ is steep but obviously, we felt that all the amenities were worth it.
A month later, we received a letter saying that the trash pick up was being stopped because it cost too much ! Did i say we paid 1200 $ per month '' In my books, it is quite a chunk of change...

Since then, we noticed the community turning white trash, with single family units occupied by several families ( since the rent is so expensive ), gates NEVER work, the trash bin is small and 2 miles from everywhere, maintenance is shady, management is truly rude, pools are not well maintained, they put bumps on the roads every ten yards ( and i am not joking ), cars ( and apts from what i heard ) get broken into and so on...

The apts are ok but come on, we are talking about 1200$ a month and maybe more.

for that much money, we should be able to expect great service and it is just not there.

Oh, and just last night, we had to scream at the neighbors several times because they were partying at 3 am !

it is obvious that for the year we have been there, standards of living went way down and i have to say that i can't wait to get out of here !

If this apartment complex is so bad, why not give your 60 days notice, pay the next two months, and move?
