*overall it was a quiet, average aprtment, good if you do not have a lot of time to apartment hunt

At first glance, the complex is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and the tenants seem normal. Within one month things change. There are ants everywhere. The complex will have pest control come (Friday's only), but they only place a goo in certain spots. Door tracks do not work , lights fixtures break, the oven does not work properly. Anything you bake will be ruined. Get an oven thermometer. There is horrendous landscaping every FRIDAY. Don't even think about sleeping in if given the chance. There are an asinine amount of speedbumps. People who do not live here use the dumpster, which overflows it every week. Also, there are dog feces everywhere. I do not have a pet and do not want to be subject to dog poop every time I step outside. Also, your car will be ruined from the tree sap.

The pool is full of rude ignorant slobs. Always smoking cigars and drinking bottled beer, while neglecting their children.


The experience here was not bad, just not really good. I had 1 day to find an apartment and the location was 1 mile from work. IF you have the money and time, look elsewhere. There are a lot of hidden inconvieniences that come out that in time make the stay here not pleasent.
