I've lived at the Park at Vineridge for almost 2 years and can't wait till my lease is up. When I first moved in I felt the rent was a little steep but it was suppose to include gated security, front door trash service, and pest control. One month after moving in, they discontinued the trash pick up and have only sprayed our apartment once for roaches and other pests. Currently we are infested with ants and rats live in our walls. All pest control has been coming out of our own pocket because when you ask for the issue to be taken care of, it DOESN'T. Also, the security gates have only worked 3 times in the last 2 years also. Anytime something breaks or needs to be fixed, it takes days or even months. I have been flushing so much money down the drain and I don't want to see anyone else do the same. Please be aware that even though the staff is really nice and seem caring, they are only taking advantage of the residents to put money in their own pockets. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
