When I first moved here I was very happy with it. The trees are nice and shady, the apartment was an okay size. It was cozy. But cozy gets old when there are no parking spaces, and one garbage in the complex. I didn't have car when I ifirst moved here and I live in the back, so walking there was a pain.
There is an unnecassary amount of speed bumps here, it's very annoying, so if you have somewhere to go fast this place is not the best choice. Also, it's in the middle of no where. It's an inconvienient location. When I didn't have a car the only place I could go was the Racetrack, or maybe further every now and then, but there's nothing to do.
I got a $25 fine because I had a trash bag outside my door for a couple hours while I was cleaning inside. It wasn't over night Or all day.
Parking is a -----.
Bugs were a huge problem when I moved in; they took care of it but I'm finding spiders in the bedroom and one while I was in the shower.
The Kitchen light went out the same week as the hall and dining room light, and the fan lights are way too strong.
There are also hooks, potted plants, and a small statue left from previous people.
But this place isn't terrible at all, it's just disappointing when it comes to details. Especially when they told me about the extra utilities and hidden fees after I signed the lease.
