I LIVED THEIR 3 YEARS AGO, BIG MISTAKE. MOVED FROM ANOTHER STATE, WAS NOT AWARE OF
THE MANAGER SO RUDE. HAD A RAT, WAS NOISY, THE UP KEEP WAS NOT UP TO PAR. NO SECURITY, NO PARKING, YOU WILL BE SORRY FOR THE PRICE OF RENT VS OTHER COMPLEX IN ALTAMONTE SPRINGS. THE TOWN IS GREAT PLACE TO RAISE A FAMILY, STAY AWAY THIS COMPLEX OVER RATED.
