ive lived here for about 8 months. i started in a two bedroom with two room mates and now im in a one bedroom by myself. i was really stupid and desperate when i got the one bedroom and i didnt do much research for price or anything. they told me i was getting a "really great deal" only now i know im being screwed!! i pay $725 when the website says i should be paying $699. my old room mates threated so much that they were going to move somewhere else when their lease was up that they were able to get the price of a 3 bedroom dropped from $1150 to $900!! so if you're good at that, then you should be able to get a good price here. also, i have a lot of problems at my apartment and when i go to complain the management is incredibly rude to me. they treat me like an idiot and child. i had to go in and call 7 times to get them to come fix my AC unit and when they were supposed to put on a new lock at the same time, they didnt so i had to call and have them come the next day. i work nights and sleep during the day and all i ask is that they let me know the day before they are going to come into my apartment so i can either be awake or sleeping somewhere else and for some reason they cant understand that!! be careful. they just come into your apartment without letting you know they're going to. i dont trust people in my apartment when im not here but if i want to be here when they are here i have to give up atleast 3 days because thats how long it take for them to finally come!! i cant wait to get out of here. im actually looking into how much it would cost me to end my lease early because im tired of their crap!! ps- the gates do NOT work...EVER!!
