Before I moved in last summer i drove around at night to see how the aprtment complex was and the type of people out and about. It was a quiet gated community. I live alone so a gated community where i felt safe was one my requirements so i didn't mind paying high rent. Once I found out what building i was moving into I met some of my neighbors and they were really nice peoople. They have since moved out. Now less than a year later I can say the gates haven't worked in 6 mths and two of the one bedroom apartments in my building now have more than one family living in them and I have nowhere to park. The lights often don't turn on in time, turn off too early, or don't work at all. There is a group of young men who sit on their cars smoking weed and drinking beer and making comments when I go to my car. Basically the apartment complex has gotten very trashy. 4 people shouldn't be allowed to live in a 600sq ft apartment. The kicker is we pay a flat rate for water so for the 4 of them they pay the same price as me. I can't wait to move out....i simply don't feel safe. The upside is the staff are very nice...but what does that really matter if they can't take care of anything for you.
