These apartments are gorgeous, the area is well kept, the work crew responds quickly. However living here is made "hell" by one manager, Jane. She harrasses residents, that is when she deems it fit to get out of her office. My wife (before we were married) lived there for two years and had never seen, met or dealt with Jane at all. However shortly after I moved in Jane began taking more of a hands on approach to the property (ten months after I moved in to be exact). Suddenly she is freaking out because there are people living in the complex she doesn't know or ever met. Her entire staff has met me, I have gone in to pay the rent several times. Then began the paperwork trail of harrassment. We unfortunately have to stay two more months because of our lease, however if I could I would leave tonight. Thanks Jane for pushing out two of your best residents. My advice is to phone ahead and simply ask if she is still working there, and if she is tell them nevermind and go on looking somewhere that feels more like a home should.
