I wouldn?t let my worst enemy live in this Apt complex

Living in Vineridge has been the worst experience ever. Prior to moving in we were promised everything we were looking for in an apartment. The day we signed the lease was the day the front office people forgot about us. They were rude and not helpful at all. The roaches were unbearable. The maintenence was horrible. It would take at least 3-4 calls before someone would show up a week or more later and if there is emergency maintenence-- forget about it! We spent 3 days with a broken a/c unit with a temperature of 102 in the apartment and our food spoiled 3 times because of the fridge they never bothered to fix the right way. Right now I?m trying to get people to get together and do something about all of the problems that the front office has done nothing to resolve.
