My friends have a 2 weeks old baby and since I have been visiting them, the upstairs neighbor makes noises in purpose.

The reason: The Manager with the english accent are friends with them. My friends presented a complaint and the Manager stated that my friends were instigators, that those tenants have been there 7 years and they were nice because every holliday, they give her presents.
My friends asked this skinny bald guy to lower the noise, and he confronted one of my friends and told them ---- u and ur family.

This aparment management is not to be recommended. They are unable to ask a tenant to consider his neighboors piece of mind.

First of all, why do you speak of tenants that you don't know anything about. Just because "your friend" said that doesn't mean it's true. First of all that friend of yours complained the 1st week she moved in about the dogs on the porch being left all day outside barking all day, THAT'S NOT true, as I love my babies, I would NEVER expose them to that heat. That week I was on vacation, so yes they were on the porch with me, so they barked, WOW! that's what dogs do. 1 week later she complained about a 3 year running around at 6pm in the evening (Try controlling a 3year old at that time), which by the way, he's here only twice a week. She has a little girl herself, including this 2week old, she should know. Then she called the police after she banged the ceiling scaring the baby right into my arms. Yes, called the police about the running around of a 3 year old at 6pm NOT after 10pm. As for being good friends with mgmt. that friendship is on the 1st of the month (RENT DAY). After that date it's a management/tenant friendship. Management says hello, I respond, Hi how are you? THAT'S IT!!! We don't go out to dinner/socialize together just pay my rent. Yes, we've been here 7 years with no complaints until NOW!! As for the presents, WHAT PRESENTS are you talking about? You are an idiot for posting this message about a apartment complex and saying negative things about mgmt. that you don't know anything about since your friend JUST moved here a few months ago. You put different words that were said into your own sentences. Mgmt. does everything to keep it running as beautiful as it has been for all the years I've lived here. if anything you don't even live here yourself so how would you know whats going on with mgmt. I've been here longer than this management has been and it improved MUCH BETTER after they took over, i believe over 4 years ago. As for your friend asking a skinny bald guy to lower the noise, that's NOT true. Your friends NEVER came up to us and asked us to lower anything for we don't play loud music, run around or have parties. we are a 46 years old couple working and living peacefully in our apartment. We would have been more than willing to help out anyway we can, but your friend decided to go thru the police. That skinny bald guy was pissed after the cops came to our apartment stating that the pregnant lady downstairs said our grandson is running too hard. Maybe you can teach us how to float in the air and that way your friend wouldn't here any noise at all or maybe try moving to a house or better yet tell them to wear some earplugs. As a tenant living here for years I HIGHLY recommend this Apartment Complex.

Former tenant: I cannot believe that these people would go to such lengths as to call the police for a child running around during the late afternoon! Its absolutely ridiculous! (Again, what can even the police do about a toddler running around? absolutely nothing either)as these people with a two week old baby will soon find out, it's almost impossible to keep a toddler from running around! How do you think the tenants feel about hearing a two week old baby crying at all hours of the day AND night?! What about the upstairs tenants?? peace of mind? Maybe they should have thought about this before considering moving to a first floor apartment. And this "friend" must be over there all the time to hear all this supposed noise going on upstairs by an apparently older couple and have nothing better to do then to complain for his ??friend??. Absolutely absurd. I used to live below a bunch of younger people who would party at all hours of the night; I would think that would be a better reason to call the cops, not for a toddler running around in the late afternoon. These people need to get over themselves and deal with it or move. I highly recommend this property and I would move back in a heartbeat, if I ever move to back to Florida. P.S. LEARN HOW TO SPELL CHECK IF YOU??RE GOING TO POST THIS WHERE EVERYONE CAN READ IT.
