Where do I start...I have lived all over the greater Orlando area and without question this is the best apt. community ever. Before even moving in I put these folks to the test requesting carpet replacement in the unit due to what my eyes interpreted as some staining. Their answer no problem to which my jaw promptly was left agape, amazing. It doesn't stop there either. The grounds are maintained as though it were a private condo, that is to say they are immaculate. Hold on there's more. You say something is broken in your unit and BOOM, someone is there to fix it same day. I know it can't get any better right' Wrong. How about the occasional free breakfast as you drive out on the way to work' Yea that's right, juice and a danish delivered to your car window on the way out, seriously who does that' To top it all off the staff is way, way more approachable and accommodating than any other place I have lived. They're all so sweet you could wind up with a cavity in the time it takes to pay rent. Don't believe any negative press that may be out in internet land, I have had nothing but positive experience here and so should you.

I couldnt agree more with everything you have said! They are indeed the ultimate apartment community! I am glad to see im not the only one in love with this place!
