West Town Colony is an attractive, affordable apartment complex. I have a pleasing floor plan (2/2), the clubhouse is pretty and the pool/tennis area behind the clubhouse is very attractive and overlooks Pearl Lake. The fridge is smallish (about 5?5" tall), the W/D are included but they are not close to being full-size and they cost an extra $15 per month (water surcharge). I LOVE the trash valet service! Every Tuesday and Friday morning, up to two bags left outside your door will be whisked away for you. The fitness center is not impressive and closes kinda early. The the floor plan, trash valet and the exterior design are what set this complex apart from the others in the area.
