This has been my 2nd apartment experience and definitely the worst. I have had to deal with 2 violent domestic disturbances involving the police in my building over the course of my one year lease. The gates worked maybe twice the whole time I have lived at West Town. The jacuzzi is constantly cool or broken. On what should be a peaceful day, kids are screaming and the elephants that live upstairs are booming their music. My car was almost towed because they were repaving the parking lot and I was not advised the night before that my car was in the way. When they repainted the parking space lines, they made them more narrow than before. You almost need a crowbar or a sunroof to get into your car. My friend's apartment is like the house in the movie the Money Pit. Everything breaks......the a/c, the heater, the plumbing. I am anxiously awaiting the end of my lease. Only two more months and I am outta here! :)
