I agree with the person who posted their message on 2/23/2003...I am so disappointed here. For the amount that I pay in rent, the gates have not worked since the day I moved in, there is horrible lighting (I do not even feel safe walking my dog past 7pm), the lighting in the hallway does not come on until after 630pm when it is already dark so I cannot see my key hole. The jacuzzi is always broken too. To make matters worse, I am tired or hearing "I have to run it past the corporate office because they control the money." If that is so, reduce my rent for all the things that do not work and I will be somewhat happy. They are nice to you in order to get you in here, but give off an "I could care less" attitude once you are here. Also, a bunch of stuff was broken once I moved in AND it looked like the cleaning service just wiped around with their bare hands. The lease was awful too. It was too late by the time I had to sign it, they should have mentioned all of this stuff before I applied here. Outrageous stuff like if you break your lease, they take the "street value" of your apt which means the amount that other apts go for that are similair to your in the area. The deposits are high and they did not even give me a deal like many other apts offered. Why did I move here' I am wondering myself...
