The lease of West Town Colony is the most tricky one I ever seen in my five years of renting experience. It adds up like thirty pages or so with a lots of fine prints. Once you sign it, it is almost impossible to get out without substantial penalty, even you have legitimate reasons. The worse thing is that the staff will not explain it in details to you until something happens. You need hire a lawyer to deal with the lease. So try to avoid this place. Don't be fooled around by their "sales" price. Later you will pay much higher price.
