The entire complex is an ageing heep. The previous owners did the minimum maintinance and sold their headache to another management company who has tried but, it is too far gone. A list of common problems:

Plumbing is copper and leaks. (a disaster waiting to happen) Had multiple patches in the ceiling and had a flood down the closet wall. Previous maintinance staff did increadibly shoddy work. Paint all over everything. Moved in and most all windows leaked. Garden window in kitchen was notorious for this. Grounds keeping was non-existant - to a joke.

Lenolium in the kitchen and bathrooms were very cheep and perminetly stained (this was in every apartment, and they would not change it!)

You can find much, much better for even less money!
