I moved in these Apts In Sept. of 2003. Well at first everything was wonderful, the staff were very nice, the apts were big and well I got a good deal. I came to find out that the only goog thing about this place is the staff. the gates never worked. Well, a couple months after I moved in I had a leak coming from my bathroom ceiling, they came to fix it but left a whole in the roof with a Cardboard Maxi Pad box screwed into the ceiling as to cover it up---I let it sit for 2 weeks to see if they would come back but no they intended to let it sit there like that. Then my A/C broke and leaked water all over my carpet, when I called them to have it fixed they came to fix it but, I had what looked like mud was thrown on my walls. The worst part was I get off work at 11 PM so when I got home they locked my dog in my room with no lights on and left my front door unlocked. I had explained to them earlier that my dog cannot be locked up because it stresses her out and she will have major hair loss, they could have at least put the light on for her. I also called them to send pest control out and she came at 9 Am when I was sleeping--I work late so I sleep late (makes sense) and when I called them back they said they would send someone out, they never came. I also told them twice that my dishwasher was broken when they came out there all they did was see if it started up and told me that there was nothing wrong with it, I had to hand wash my dishes from then on. The police were in my complex often, and they knew my neighbors VERY well. THE WORST PART OF MY STAY WAS: I had an infestation of Brown Recluse Spiders and when I called and told them about it all they did was send the pest control women out there to "look" at my apt and see if they could find a spider but other than that they did nothing. I mean for them to tell me they could do nothing for me unless they saw a live one (because I showed them the BIG one I killed the night before) especially because this is a venemous spider that when it bites you it eats away your tissues! Well all I have to say is if you like spiders holes in your walls with maxi pad boxes to cover them and for them to lock your animals up in the dark and gates that don't work, then I recommend this place to you! Needeless to say I moved out before my lease was up. I didnt have to pay a fee because I moved to one of the other apt complexes owned by this company that had better everything!
