I lived in this apartment building for 3 years. The first 2 years were great even moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. But as soon as we got into the 2 bedroom the nightmare began. We were infested by ants, termites, and even rats. When we were infested by rats we were left to try and catch them ourselves until the work week because it was the weekend. After becoming the rat catcher. We had to deal with the bad attitude of the maintenence men when I was not going to dispose of the rats that were caught. I don't pay rent to do everything!! After that fiasco we had a small leak that we called maintenence about which later turned into our apartment being flooded. After this there was no reason to stay especially after all they wanted to replace was the carpet padding. Needless to say it was too expensive for us to get out of the lease so we stayed the remainder of it and went to a different community where we have been treated much better!!
