Mold/Mildew on buildings

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Mold is horrible at these apartments, do not move here. Moved in January 2004 had to move to a new apartment October 2004 (due to hurricane damage).
When the spring rains came mold showed up in the 2nd apartment's a/c system and had to move out of the complex. After I presented them with a doctor's note, managment did offer to let me move somewhere in the complex but there were no undamaged buildings to move into.
Moved out May 2005. 4 other families moved out of the same building within a one month period.
I would say if you're thinking about moving to WTC -- DON'T. It cost me a lot of time off from work and $$$ for health problems and moving expenses.
