Friendly staff,nice apt. When I read these reviews I was surprised by the negativity. I found nothing but good things here so far. What apt community doesn't have some problems.

HA! You just wait and see. The people who run the place give you the "bait and switch" all the time. And the owners are the worst. Greedy, life-sucking people who should be put in jail. They are theives and liars. I had several problems that they refused to address even after my attourney sent them a letter about the health hazards. They didn't even respond! They do things without building permits and do shoddy work. The mold is so bad it's making me sick. These maintenance guys also leave a lot to be desired. I can't wait until my lease is up. I refuse to pay the theives to get out of my current one. That's all they want is money, they don't care to give good service. shameful
