When I stayed there a year ago, we enjoyed the location and our place (though the second bedroom was a real waste) but still spacious everywhere else. When we were moving out and into a house, while I was carrying our couch down the stairs, the stairs gave way. Turns out, wasn't the first time. I was actually the 3rd tenant to have it happen to them. I'm young, athletic and very fit . . . so I was fine, but my neighbor was 50 , already had a broken leg and a little nephew . . . imagine what would have happened to them. Also got works in our water and their staff said just to run the hot water first.
